New York University School of medicine, Center for

the study of Asian American Health

Project: Working with the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health for Asian Americans (REACH FAR) Program to prevent cardiovascular disease in Asian Americans in the New York metro area. Interventions include increasing access to healthy foods and beverages in faith-based organizations, restaurants and grocery stores.


Balance Integration

Project: Corporate wellness that includes one-on-one nutrition counseling, dynamic lifestyle immersion programs, interactive presentations, and seminars with a holistic, team-based approach. Clients include Bloomberg LP, Soros, and KKR. 


New York City Department of health & Mental

Hygiene

Project: Work within the Bureau of Chronic Disease Prevention & Tobacco Control on programs to further their goal to reduce the leading causes of preventable death through innovative environmental and systems changes, and policies that promote healthy eating. Collaborations include the following programs and policies: Good Choice, the NYC Food Standards, and the Healthy Hospital Food Initiative


sage Project 

Project: Sage is an interactive food label that you can personalize, with the goal of making food and nutrition information easier to navigate. Featured as one of the nutritionists highlighting healthier products, my collections Breakfast Favorites and Kitchen Essentials showcase foods that are always on my grocery list.
